SENIOR HONORS CONVOCATION
Seniors who have been notified that they have been offered and/or will receive a scholarship or a monetary award should fill out this form and return it to Elizabeth McDole ( ) no later than April 22, 2024 by 4:00 PM.  You may scan the form, take a picture of the completed form and return it to You are also welcome to return the form to the student services office. Students are encouraged to list any scholarship offers, even if you reject the offer. The following information is needed in order for you to be recognized during the Honors Convocation at 7:00 pm on Monday, May 13, 2024.  Please list all monetary scholarships/ academic awards offered.  Do not list federal grants or financial aid. Only the name of the scholarship will be announced and printed, but we need the dollar amount to determine the total dollar amount offered to the Class of 2024.
